- Move plants, furniture, mats, etc.
- Protect the windows, doorknobs, fixtures,
and non-movable plants - Trench perimeter of exterior walls at base
- Pressure Clean all painted areas
- Caulk windows and doors
- Fill any cracks in stucco
- Apply first coat sealer to block / stucco
surfaces - Spray / Roll entire house with lifetime
warrantied exterior paint - Punchout work completed to customer's
satisfaction
